This is a real project. A real condo right here in Jacó Beach. The owners handed us the keys with one request: make it feel like home. What follows is exactly what we did — room by room, piece by piece, from the first design consultation to the final plant in the corner.

The living room is the first thing guests see. The space where a home announces itself. When we walked in, it was a beautifully constructed empty shell — good bones, great light through those floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, and absolutely nothing else.

We brought in a custom sectional sofa in warm neutral fabric, a glass-top coffee table with solid wood legs, a full dining set with upholstered chairs, an area rug, framed coastal artwork, and a curated selection of tropical plants. Every piece was chosen to work with the natural light and the view — not compete with it.

A custom bed frame in natural pale wood, matching open-cube nightstands, bedside lamps, a hand-carved botanical wall panel as the room’s focal point, a decorative ladder shelf, snake plants on either side, and premium white bedding. The result is a room that feels calm, considered, and completely personal.

The kitchen was already well-built — quality dark wood cabinetry, stainless appliances, good proportions. What it lacked was the layer of life that turns a functional kitchen into a space you genuinely want to spend time in. That is where Riviera came in.
