What We Deliver

We develop a furniture package standard for your project — living room, bedroom, dining, kitchen, and terrace — built around the unit’s dimensions, the target buyer profile, and the price point the development is positioned at. Every piece is specified before a single item is ordered. You approve the package. We execute it.
Custom pieces are built in our own workshop on Calle Ancha in Jacó — headboards, TV units, cabinetry, and any piece where the unit’s dimensions demand something specific. Imported pieces come from our supplier network in Indonesia, Vietnam, and Mexico, sourced for tropical climate performance. Window treatments are measured, fabricated, and installed by the same team. Nothing is subcontracted.

For every multi-unit project we develop a mood board before anything is specified or ordered. Materials, palette, furniture style, and overall atmosphere — laid out clearly so you can present it to partners, owners, or your own team before committing to a single piece.
The mood board is where the package gets approved. Changes happen here, on paper, not on the installation day. That process is what keeps multi-unit projects on time and on budget — and it is what separates a professionally managed furniture project from a reactive one.

One finished development.
1. Project Brief — You share the floor plans, unit count, handover timeline, and target buyer profile. We assess scope and come back with an initial approach and a timeline.
2. Mood Board & Package Proposal — We develop the furniture package with a mood board for approval. Every piece specified, every material confirmed, full itemized quote. Nothing moves to production until you sign off.
3. Production & Sourcing — Custom pieces go into our workshop. Imported pieces are ordered from our supplier network. We manage logistics, customs, and cargo entirely. You receive regular updates — not silence followed by a delivery date.
4. Installation — Our team furnishes every unit to the approved standard. We coordinate sequencing around your construction timeline so furniture goes in when the unit is ready, not before and not after. When we leave, the unit is finished and photographable.
