Window Treatments
The finish
a room waits for.
A room can be perfectly furnished and still feel incomplete. Nine times out of ten, it’s the windows. Bare glass, the wrong fabric, curtains hanging too low or too narrow — small decisions with disproportionate consequences for how a space feels.
We measure every window on site. We come to your home, assess the light, the view, and the function — blackout for the bedroom, sheers for the living room, motorized for the hard-to-reach — and make everything to size in our workshop. Nothing arrives pre-made and approximate.
Our team installs with the same precision as the measurement. Tracks, brackets, and hardware chosen for the tropical climate — no rust, no warping, no follow-up visits to fix what should have been right the first time.
What We Make
Every window.
Every need.
Sheers
Filter light without losing the view. Lightweight fabrics that soften Pacific sun while keeping rooms open and bright — ideal for living areas and terraces.
Blackout
Total darkness when you need it. Essential for bedrooms in a climate where the sun rises early and the light is relentless. Made to your exact window dimensions.
Motorized
Remote or app-controlled. Practical for high windows, large openings, or wherever manual operation is awkward. Quiet motors, discreet tracks, clean finish.
Roller Blinds
Clean, minimal, and functional. Available in blackout, translucent, and screen fabrics — perfect for condos where curtains feel too heavy.
Roman Blinds
Structured fabric panels that stack neatly when open. A more formal look, suited to bedrooms and dining spaces where soft edges aren’t the right choice.
Hardware & Tracks
Rods, tracks, brackets, and finials — all sourced for durability in salt air and humidity. The hardware is part of the design, not an afterthought.
Built for the Coast
The tropics are
hard on fabric.
Humidity, salt air, and UV exposure at this latitude will destroy cheap curtain fabric within a season. Fading, mold, structural breakdown — we have seen all of it on the Pacific coast.
Every fabric we use is selected for tropical performance. UV resistance, breathability, resistance to mold and mildew — not as a marketing claim, but as a practical requirement for every project we take on.
We have been doing this here long enough to know what fails and what lasts. We only work with what lasts.
Hardware is part of the same equation. Tracks, rods, and brackets sourced for salt air resistance — stainless, powder-coated, or solid brass where appropriate. Nothing that will rust, seize, or need replacing before the fabric does. The full system, built to hold up in the same conditions your furniture lives in.
Our Work
Windows we have
transformed.
How It Works
From measurement
to installation.
We come to your home and measure every window on site. We assess the light conditions, the view, and what each room needs to function properly.
We bring samples. You choose fabric, opacity, color, and hanging style — with our guidance on what works in the tropical climate and what doesn’t.
Everything is cut and made in our workshop to your exact measurements. No off-the-roll approximations. No hems that don’t reach the floor.
Our team installs — tracks, hardware, and all. We test every panel and mechanism before we leave. The job isn’t done until everything hangs right.
